Homemade remedies against blackheads

But before all, you must make sure you have a beneficial routine beneficial to your skin. That means cleaning your skin every night before bed. No matter how tired you are, you should not skip cleansing. The most important advice would be to not traumatize your affected areas. Also, to prevent blackheads you need to exfoliate your skin regularly.

Exfoliating treatment with goat milk and nutmeg– it is one of the most preferred natural treatment by women who want to maintain their skin clean and young. Mix in a cup  two tablespoons of goat milk and one tablespoon of nutmeg powder. Clean the skin with warm water only, at night. Apply the mixture on face using gauze and massaging gently for one minute, insisting on affected areas. Then wash the skin with plenty of water and do not use other cosmetics for skin until the next morning. This treatment is done twice a week.

Purifying mask with egg white – this mask is very delicate with skin and it’s very easy to obtain, being easily prepared at home. Clean the skin with warm water in advance. Put two egg whites in a bowl and whisk well until you get a liquid consistency, less gelatinous. If you have acne, you can grind two aspirin pills. Then apply on face in a thin layer using a brush . When this layer is almost dry, apply a new layer, more generous. When the second coat is completely dry, apply in areas affected by blackheads third layer and leave to act for 15-20 minutes. After this time soak a towel in hot water and put it on the face until he mask becomes soft. Then gently peel the egg white and rinse face with water.

White clay mask– you can get it using milk and white clay. If you have dry skin, you can add a tablespoon of honey and one of olive oil. It is advisable to prepare first the liquid phase of mask, then gradually add clay powder until you obtain a paste. Thoroughly clean the skin with warm water without using any cleanser.Wipe face, then apply the clay mask, intense massaging the skin with your fingers, so the mask ingredients penetrate the pores of the skin. Leave the mask to act for about 15 minutes. In this time clay dries and you’ll feel a skin tightening. If this feeling is very strong, flush mask with water to soften. Then rinse the skin with water. This treatment is recommended once a week.
